An elegant Ashtead home transformed to match how its owners actually live. The ground floor is now a generous open-plan kitchen, dining and entertaining space centred around a striking glazed wine room. The old garage became a leisure wing with gym, bar and games room, guest suite above.

Outdoors, a bespoke terrace and kitchen extend the living space into the landscaped gardens year-round.
Every detail integrated. The house feels complete, not added-to.

This transformation proved successful enough that the clients came back to Iconic for their next project.

Designed by Iconic Architectural Design, delivered through an excellent collaboration with Inicio Bespoke.
