Iconic designed this new classicist house at 32 Esher Park Avenue over several months in close collaboration with the clients at their home. The design language sits classical proportion and form against contemporary expression: black fenestration, refined stone details, clean lines throughout.

The house runs to 1,078 square metres. The programme reflects substantial entertaining and family living—grand entrance hall, pool room, bar, wine store, dining room, drawing room, multiple bedroom suites, games room, library spaces, and a staff flat. Interiors are by Dutch practice Kabaz.

Currently under construction, on site since autumn 2024, with completion expected December 2026.

Moores Project is delivering the build. Photography will be added on practical completion; current imagery is CGI rendering with site progress photographs.
