Over several months, working directly with the clients at their home, Iconic designed a contemporary residence that balanced modern aesthetics with warmth and genuine liveability. The brief was clear: create a home suited to relaxation, wellbeing and entertaining.

The finished 7,000 sq ft house delivers sophisticated contemporary design with meticulous attention to comfort. Ground source heat recovery, MVHR and underfloor heating combine with a sauna, a lift to all floors and a striking helical staircase to create a home that is as technically refined as it is beautifully considered.
Winner of Best Residential Property in London 2025-2026, the home was completed in 2024.
