Iconic designed this five-bedroom luxury family home for Mattwell Homes, situated at the end of a cul-de-sac in Guildford with south-facing landscaped garden backing onto the golf course. The design draws on carefully selected materials that reflect the Surrey Hills vernacular, creating a contemporary home rooted in its landscape context.

The house runs to 5,950 square feet across two storeys, with integral garage, driveway parking to the front, and five bathroom suites. Sustainability is embedded throughout: air source heat pump, solar panels with battery storage, and dual 22kW EV tethered charging points support a low-carbon footprint.

Currently under construction by Mattwell Homes, with completion expected Spring 2027.
