A generous plot with an ageing bungalow presented an opportunity to start fresh. Working closely with the clients at their home, Iconic designed an elegant neo-Georgian residence that pairs classical proportions with modern family living, entirely tailored to their vision.

The new home is rooted in Georgian symmetry and balance. Natural materials, careful joinery and considered detailing work alongside generous spaces that feel both substantial and welcoming.

Every element responds to the setting, allowing the house to sit comfortably within its surroundings while making full use of its plot.
