Iconic designed this new residence on Onslow Road, Burwood Park, for a private client in close face-to-face collaboration. The design language merges classical proportion and form with contemporary detailing and materials, creating a home rooted in traditional principles yet expressed through modern expression.

The house runs to 6,400 square feet across three storeys, with generous family living spaces, multiple bedroom suites, and considered proportions throughout. Every detail reflects careful attention to craft and material quality.

Currently under construction by iLife Developments, selected for their extensive knowledge of the local area and established reputation. Start date Winter 2025.
