A 12,000 sq ft private commission designed face to face with the clients, this neoclassical residence marries classical proportions and symmetry with thoroughly contemporary living. Set to begin on site in Spring 2027, it represents an ambitious exploration of how classical architecture and modern comfort can work together at genuine scale.

The design combines elegant neoclassical lines with clean, unadorned execution. White rendered facades and black glazing create striking contrast, while generous proportions and double-height living spaces deliver the sense of grandeur the clients sought. An interior swimming pool sits at the heart of the home, surrounded by the kind of generous space that defines luxury without ornament.

The project is equally interesting in how it is being delivered. Drawing on new building technologies and innovative sourcing models from international suppliers, the clients and Iconic are exploring how cutting-edge materials and construction methods can enhance both quality and value without compromising on vision.

The result will be a home that is ambitious in scale and uncompromising in execution: classical in spirit, contemporary in delivery.
