At an early stage of another project ( see Tilt Road), the neighbouring property came onto the market. We were asked to appraise the house and its development potential, and our client decided to buy the house. We put together plans for an extensive refurbishment project, opening up the back of the house to make the most of the gardens.

We love how it turned out: it has a timeless, ‘cottage’-feel to it and fits in perfectly with the conservation area.
