Designed with the client whilst he was abroad, Iconic guided a comprehensive 6,000 sq ft transformation. The property was stripped back to an empty shell, all floor layouts reconfigured, and a single storey rear extension and loft conversion added. A complete high specification fit out followed, including FF&E.

The finished interior delivers contemporary comfort with meticulous detail. Underfloor heating on all floors, including timber uppers, a cinema room, steam room shower and sauna create spaces for relaxation and entertaining. Bespoke joinery throughout and thoughtful detailing give every room genuine presence.

The refurbishment proved that distance is no barrier to achieving a home that is entirely tailored to how the clients wanted to live.
