Designed in early morning sessions at the clients' home before they headed into the City, this 3,500 sq ft classical residence draws inspiration from Haussmannian Paris. Six months of detailed face to face design created a home of genuine presence and spatial efficiency, proving that classical proportion and careful planning deliver far more than their square footage suggests.

The architecture channels Parisian elegance: refined fenestration, classical detailing and carefully considered proportions create interiors that feel generous and unhurried. High ceilings and generous room heights amplify the sense of space, whilst the Haussmannian approach to layout ensures every square foot works harder without ever feeling cramped.

The result is a home that delivers the comfort and grandeur of a much larger house, articulated through classical discipline and thoughtful spatial planning. It sits comfortably in Wimbledon Village, a contemporary interpretation of a timeless architectural language.

Construction began on site in March 2026 with a 15 month programme.
